For commercial properties we provide a service to unlock before staff and ensure the property is safe for there entry. Provide a lock up after staff or cleaners, to ensure the secure locking of the premises and alarming on exit. All the windows, doors and blinds are closed and secure, also saving energy by turning off lights and air conditioning equipment as required. We also provide this service out of hours and at weekends when you have trades or late night events. We can also take meter readings for water, electric, gas etc. if required, record the information, and send it to you by e-mail.

We provide random foot patrols to premises and grounds varying the times of checks to ensure that the premises is secure, we also provide mobile patrols that are at specified times governed by the clients wishes to patrol and maintain the premises and also see locking up services.

We provide reception security for over night protection of the building and or grounds. We provide holiday replacement cover for your reception area day or night. Over night reception duties to include Night Porter Services to comply with your specific assignment instructions. Daytime reception duties to maintain the security of visitors in and out of the building, to work along side your facilities manager to follow any necessary instructions.
